Training
Several training courses have been developed based on the observations made within the organizations. They can be brought as such or as part of the projects. The training courses are tailor made and developed for each Customer based on its requests and needs after having made an assessment.
Training courses are based on case studies, managerial situations and exchange of experiences. The courses are developed in such a way that participants can easily use the toolbox provided during the training after the sessions.

Coaching
Considering the very practical way of working during training sessions, most of the Customers of Pleyers have requested to ensure the enhancement of the concepts discussed during the training in the real working environment.
PLEYERS has developed coaching that ensures the real appropriation of the behaviors. The mix of training and coaching increases significantly the efficient use of the techniques within a very short period of time with measurable results. For instance, the coaching related to “Time management and personal productivity” allows saving of 20 to 30 % of the time of the persons coached.
